The association Un C\u0153ur Qui Agit has no access to full bank card numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information passed on to the association is used to keep track of donations and memberships, keep the accounts and, where the legal conditions are met, issue a tax receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This processing is based on carrying out the donor\u2019s or member\u2019s request and on the association\u2019s legal, accounting and tax obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People are also invited to read HelloAsso\u2019s privacy policy at the time of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Association and accounting management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information needed to manage members, donors, payments and accounts may be recorded in the Paheko software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This processing is based on the association\u2019s legal and accounting obligations and on its legitimate interest in the administrative follow-up of its activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Mandatory or optional nature of the information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fields marked as required in the forms are necessary to process the request.
